There is a trusted loyalty to the brand, from a wide ranging customer demographic including health conscious individuals, parents, health professionals, A-list celebrities and professional athletes.

Westlab had a strong following in Walmart but their range design was inconsistent and did not share much connection with the UK pack design.

In a world where blogging becomes increasingly more important it was important to have more brand recognition across the pond. Emma’s range design retains some of the vertical banding from the US packs whilst teaming up with the wave imagery used in the UK.
